Testimonials

From Our Community Partners

At the Dayton Regional STEM School, we know that students come from many different backgrounds and situations where they might not have access to pads or tampons. Because of this, we keep a basket stocked in every bathroom for students to take supplies as they need them. Our hope is to de-stigmatize talking about periods and eliminate the barrier to have high-quality period products. We are so grateful for our new partnership with Providing for Women. Thanks to these donations, our students have continuous access to pads and tampons while at school.

"During Covid, Lisa kept providing even while taking all the precautions. We went from 600 families a month to 1200 families and she keeps us well stocked.  But she also provided mobile pantries, schools, individuals, and just anyone in need. She has done this on a shoestring budget. If anyone deserves the help, Lisa and her organization does. She is committed to doing whatever it takes to obtain supplies and never wants to turn anyone away. With the help she deserves, she could do so much more for this community."

"Our neighbors in need frequently tell us that they will spend their money on food for their children over hygiene products. Each month, thanks to Providing for Women, we are able to provide about 100 women with menstrual health products. The smiles on their faces fill us with joy!"
